# What we do

Our business is built on a detailed understanding of what our customers, and consumers, want and need. Our objective is to make sure that we have a product range that consistently meets their demands.

## Our Products

###### **We supply a wide range of poultry products to those retailers, restaurants and other markets, whose consumers value the quality, standards and traceability that come with buying British.**

From simple, plain whole birds and portions, to dishes packed with extra flavour and ready for the oven, our products taste great too.  Whether it’s a quick supper, summer BBQ or a festive family feast, we’ve got every occasion covered.

## Feeding the nation

Chicken is the nation’s favourite meat, except for Christmas dinner, when turkey takes the crown. As one of the UK’s largest poultry businesses, our role making sure that there is a dependable supply to meet demand puts us at the heart of British food security and a vital means by which we can feed ourselves. Ensuring that food supply is insulated from fluctuations in supply or price associated with imported products bought on global markets, is a critical consideration in how we feed the nation.

## Food security

Meeting this demand puts us at the heart of British food security; providing a dependable supply of nutritious, high quality, healthy and affordable protein, that is traceable throughout the supply chain. Regardless of their budget, British shoppers and diners can buy with confidence, trusting their food and the people that make it.
