Our company is an inclusive business that values diversity and strives to give people the freedom to be themselves; we believe that no one should face discrimination in any walk of life and we are committed to maintaining a supportive working environment in which people can thrive. Avara Foods will endeavour to ensure no member of the Armed Forces community should face disadvantage in the provision of public and commercial services compared to any other citizen, and in some circumstances benefit from special treatment which may be appropriate, especially for the injured or bereaved. This supports our core company value of being a company people want to work with and for and we’re proud to support our armed forces.
