I believe this is an important step in helping drive inclusive sustainable change, and I hope other businesses in our sector support this initiative”.  The charter articulates a drive and vision for toward a more gender balanced workforce, but also provides a practical roadmap for lasting change. It unites businesses across the supply chain to take decisive action, share best practices, and accelerate change that benefits the entire sector.  In recent years we’ve made strong progress across our inclusivity agenda, particularly around gender-related issues.
