This initiative is designed by the industry, for the industry, to support organisations on their D&I journey, and we’re excited to be part of it. The Programme is delivered and facilitated by GroceryAid, a UK charity providing free, confidential financial, emotional, and practical support to people working in the grocery industry. The D&I in Grocery Programme supports this purpose by accelerating a truly diverse and inclusive grocery industry. By joining the programme, we’re committing to meaningful progress in creating a more inclusive workplace. The benefits of our partnership include: - Tracking our progress using the D&I Grocery Maturity Model and benchmarking against industry standards. - Learning from over 100 partners through the programme’s unique connections service. - Gaining shared knowledge from individuals and organisations to transform our business strategy. - Accessing resources and a network of over 3,000 allies via The Partner HUB. - Receiving bespoke 1-to-1 check-ins throughout the year to guide our D&I efforts. - Influencing action by participating in the programme’s Steering Group. This partnership marks a significant step forward in our commitment to fostering a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered.
